THE GOAL
To maximise the efficiency of the organizational processes of a medical congress or event:

• To facilitate the delegate’s work to register his or her doctors for the scientific events.
• To increase the efficacy of the communications between the laboratory and the agencies in charge of the organization of the congresses and meetings.
• To increase the control and supervision by the Marketing Department of the internal and external management of the scientific events.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Application for the management of the attendance of health professionals at the medical events organised or sponsored by the laboratory.
By using this tool, the delegates could register doctors in their files for those events where the laboratory will be present. Similarly, the agencies will have access to all the information related to the expected attendants, and it could also confirm the real assistance to the event. The Marketing Department will be responsible for the entire process.

JUSTIFICATIONS
The information technologies make it possible to efficiently cover all the needs pertaining to the management of information on the organization of events, making interaction possible between the different agents participating in this process.
